Update of restrictive measures for the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency

With reference to the circular prot. 348445 of October 30, 2020 regarding Restrictive Measures for the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency, the following is established, with effect from November 06 and for the remainder of the first semester of the academic year 2020-2021, subject to changes or more restrictive measures by the authorities:

1) The lessons of the first years of the three-year degree courses and of the single-cycle master's degree courses, as already prepared by all the Department Directors, are maintained in mixed mode (i.e. with reservation of the place in the classroom and live broadcast streaming via MS Teams platform) or only in remote mode. All other lessons are held remotely via the MS Teams platform.

2) All workshops and practical activities remain, where possible, in presence.

3) The written and oral exams take place remotely.

4) Degrees, as already prepared by all Department Directors, are held exclusively at a distance.

5) All internships take place remotely and curricular and post-curricular internships outside the region and abroad are suspended. As regards internships already started, they can be completed remotely. For the sole purposes of the non-qualifying degrees of the autumn and extraordinary sessions, internships will be considered valid upon reaching at least 60% of the hours of activity provided.

6) For TFA support, whenever possible and compatible with the situation of the reference schools, school managers will be asked to provide for the entry into virtual classrooms of trainees enrolled in the reference courses.

7) Student access to study rooms and libraries is suspended.

8) The reception of students in presence is suspended with the exception of undergraduates and doctoral students who may, if deemed necessary by the supervisor / tutor, be received in presence in compliance with the safety measures provided.
