The chemist in the food industry | Bubbles

Tuesday, January 22 at 15.00, at the AULA MAGNA of the Department of Chemical Sciences, begins the cycle of meetings open to students "The chemist in the food industry". The first appointment, entitled "Bubbles", is with the company Sibeg Catania: Dr. Maria Cristina Elmi Busi, president of the Board, will open the cycle by presenting the industry active in Sicily since 1960. The initiative is part of the the scope of a Department policy aimed at consolidating cultural relations with local production companies, in collaboration with the Confindustria Catania (Chemical and Pharmaceutical Chemistry Sections).
