Fulbright Research Scholar - deadline for application on 12-Jan-2018

The call for applications to the Fulbright - Research Scholar is open (deadline on 12 January 2018). The Fulbright - Research Scholar call offers to Italian researchers (in particular Research Fellows who have obtained a research doctorate since at least two years at the end of the competition; university researchers with a fixed-term and indefinite term; associate professors) the possibility to spend a 6/9 month research stay at US universities for the implementation of research projects whose results may be beneficial to the international academic and scientific community. 9 scholarships of up to 12,000 US dollars are made available. Each scholarship also includes a contribution of 1,100 euros to cover travel expenses between Italy and the United States, medical insurance financed by the U.S. Department of State and J-1 entry visa sponsorship.
