The students, the departmental coordinators and all the lecturers, representatives and student organizations are invited to participate in the E+ call presentation day which will be hosted in the main hall of the Rectorate, Palazzo Centrale of the University of Catania, Monday 1 April 2019, 9.00 a.m.. The initiative will be the chance to illustrate the online application procedures.

In order to encourage wider participation in the selection procedure for E+ mobility grants, the Departments are invited to join the information campaign in the week from 2 to 9 April 2019 on the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Study call, planning, information sessions, of guidance (where possible with the help of Erasmus tutors or designated students / volunteers) and assistance in the choice of useful destinations within the inter-institutional E+ agreements with partner institutions based in Program Countries. The calendar of appointments of the "information week" on outgoing mobility opportunities under the E+ program will be presented on the occasion of the day of presentation of the call for tenders (1 April 2019). We also point out that, with reference to student mobility to institutions based at Partner Countries, outgoing scholarships will be made available on the basis of the forthcoming university calls for international mobility, and possibly associated with future funding under the KA107 (International Credit Mobility), on a competitive basis. Erasmus + coordinators and professors in charge of agreements with non-EU partner institutions will soon receive instructions and detailed information on upcoming mobility, in line with the indications received from the National E+ Agency.
