Brief history of the Ph.D. School in Chemical Sciences, University of Catania

Since its start, the doctoral program has been internationally oriented, with most Ph.D. students spending time abroad working on their theses at universities or in industry research and development sectors. Research experiences at Catania and other universities, along with the opportunity to present their findings at international conferences, have contributed to the development of highly qualified researchers. This is reflected in the prestigious positions currently held by Ph.D. alumni in universities, industries, and public administrations.
